By using JobCost, you agree to these terms.

The service

JobCost provides job costing estimates for trade contractors. AI-generated estimates are suggestions only — always verify before relying on them for bids or contracts. We are not responsible for business decisions made using estimates or other outputs from the service.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person unless your plan explicitly allows team members
• You own your job data

Payment

• Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

Limitation of liability

JobCost is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from use of AI estimates or the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before material changes).
